• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I sure do! However, the costs are quite a bit more to ensure that your package is delivered safely. Please also understand that shipping from the US tends to be expensive to outside countries (besides Canada).

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• My package won't deliver. What gives?

  Please note that using an online alias/nickname/etc may result in non-delivery, especially if your package is going outside the states. You must use in the least a legal surname and first initial. You may also list a parent, sibling, friend, or guardian's name who is listed at your same address.

  I cannot refund packages that are lost for this reason. However, if the package is returned to me, I will ship it again for you with a different name, but I will ask that you pay the exact charge for me again (it is typically less than normal charges, as I also charge for packaging & handling).

• Will my package include insurance?

  No! If you would like to add shipping insurance, please add it to your cart.

• Is everything made by you?

  Absolutely! I am the sole designer of each of the products.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
